These 2 oz simmer pots contain only herbs, salts, and dried fruit. There are no oils or fragrances. To use, empty contents into boiling water and simmer for natural fragrance in your home. Each bag comes with a ritual. You can add your own essential oil, if you wish. Each bag is Reiki infused.
